I had experienced sounds of dragging feet in the basement among other disturbances in the house. I decided to turn off all the lights and take a recorder with me along with a camera. On tape, I could hear a strange laugh while I was upstairs. On tape while I took this picture, I could hear strange whispers. In the window, it looks like a bald man, wearing a vertical striped, button up shirt, you can even see the collar. The facial features are very clear. Right beside him you may also see what appears to be a face. To me that could be reflection, but I don't know how the man could be just reflection of light.
